This artistic and gastronomic experience was designed in collaboration with Lucía Marín, a Bogotá-based visual artist. Participants decorated and filled individual poppy seed cakes with fruit fillings from the Andean highlands such as goldenberry and Andean blackberry, and natural pigments like coca leaf, beetroot, and turmeric. The experience also included a lulo canelazo (an aguardiente-based hot drink) and a traditional Bogotá-style afternoon snack featuring sagú arepas and corn colaciones.
